R-400 executes the surveillance in the real-time mode and used in the daytime and in condition of bad visibility. The flights can be executed by program, or in mode of the remote control by operator. Time of preparing R-400 to flight 20 minutes. As against R-100 has increased volume of a hardware compartment, and as an opportunity an arrangement of a videocamera in nose part of fuselage.
